Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team will process and prepare it for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service and your location.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: approximately 3–5 business days

• Express Delivery: approximately 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to request a return.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

Items must be returned in an unused condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product and the nature of the item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at supportbeluni@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

Our customer service team will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

For faulty or damaged items, we may not require you to return the product.

REFUNDS

Once your refund has been approved, we will process it within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.
